My roughie to watch on Saturday will be The Hanger Cat. Went close last start, falling just short of victory in second place. The Hanger Cat stepped out at Wellington on 31/03/2025, finishing 2nd over 1100m. Raced on a heavy surface, carrying 58.5kg under Donovan Dillon. A deep barrier means he will need to navigate the field smartly. Jockey Damien Thornton will ride this runner. This jockey is known for his ability to time the run perfectly.
