The Eyes Have It looks to have been brought here for a soft kill for his third career start under Nathan Doyle and I think at evens he’s a good bet. He’s had a tick over trial at Beaumont after last racing in a Group Three at Rosehill where he finished near the back but wasn’t disgraced at all. His debut run reads well enough for this as well and with plenty of upside I think Doyle gets an early winner here.

Missile Meg is another who has had a lot of runs without breaking through but he has recently switched camps and come over to Enver Jusufovic and came off of a seven week break to make his stable debut at Pakenham behind Spellmaster where he only really got going late but once he did it was very eyecatching when powering home into fourth place. I think he shapes up well off the back of that effort and should be strong here.
