Overactive: Including Overactive in exotics could lead to a big payout at Moonee Valley. Showed plenty of heart to finish third last run, running on well late. Last start, Overactive finished in the placings over 1200m at Sandown-Lakeside on 25/01/2025. Carried 58.5kg under M Zahra, started at $4.00. Track rated good.

Excess: Excess has the ability to run into the placings, ideal for exotic bets. Claimed victory in the previous race. Excess stepped out at Moonee Valley, finishing 1st over 1200m. Raced on a good surface, carrying 61kg under Jamie Mott. Performs well at this venue - winning record makes it one to watch when racing at Moonee Valley.

Duel Venture: If you’re playing exotics, Duel Venture deserves a spot. Wasn’t far off last start, finishing in second with a strong performance. Duel Venture ran at Sandown-Lakeside on 29/01/2025, finishing 2nd in a 1200m event. Jockey Logan Bates was aboard, carrying 55.5kg. Track was rated good.

Ramones: Ramones is expected to be competitive, should be a good bet. Ran a strong third in the previous outing, keeping pressure on the leaders. Ramones raced at Newcastle, covering 1250m and finishing 3rd. Carried 54kg with Mitch Stapleford aboard. Track was good. Hasn’t won at Canterbury yet, but might be ready to change that.

Kaihoko: An overlooked contender, Kaihoko could be key to exotic success. Secured third last start, proving to be in solid form. Kaihoko lined up at Taree, finishing 3rd over 1250m. Backed at $9.50, jumped from barrier 8, and carried 55kg under L P Rolls. Solid strike rate at this trip (1250m), should be competitive.

Master Of Disguise: I expect Master Of Disguise to play a role in exotic dividends. A dominant display in the last race makes this runner hard to ignore.

Roses Imminente: Roses Imminente has potential written all over him. Coming off a commanding win in its most recent race. Last start, Roses Imminente finished in the placings over 1300m at Dubbo on 04/10/2024. Carried 56kg under Ashley Morgan, started at $4.20. Track rated good.
