Best Exotic Bets of the Day | 08/02/25

On Saturday, I have looked through the field at Randwick, Caulfield and Doomben and found some races that I think should be suitable for an exacta bet. Get the best bets at Only Racing!

1st: 10, 16, 8, 17

2nd: 10, 16, 8, 17

Hezdarnhottoo: Hezdarnhottoo is a useful runner for exotic bets. Solid effort to claim second last race, just missing the win. Last-start performance suggests a forward showing.

Mawjood: Those betting on exotics should not overlook Mawjood. A result outside the top four last race, but there’s room for progress.

Romeo's Choice: I think Romeo's Choice will be an important inclusion for this Saturday exacta. The last race saw a determined third-place effort, staying in contention. Finished well last time and could go one better.

Sunchyme: Sunchyme is in my exotic bets for Saturday, a good value bet I think. With three consecutive placings, Sunchyme has shown its ability to stay competitive. A solid last-start effort shows the horse is in good shape. Sunchyme claimed 1st out of 12 runners at Rosehill over 1500m on 07/12/2024.

Chorlton Lane: Chorlton Lane is expected to be competitive, should be a good bet. Chorlton Lane has been a consistent performer, placing in three consecutive races without fail. Ran well last start and should be in contention again.

Marble Arch: With a record of three straight placings, Marble Arch is showing it can keep up with the best. Coming off a strong performance in its last start. Racing at Flemington on 18/01/2025, Marble Arch stepped out over 1600m, finished 1st with a margin of 0.1 lengths.

Munhamek: Munhamek is in my exotic bets for Saturday, a good value bet I think. An eye-catching last-start run makes this horse a strong chance. Munhamek had a fighting effort two starts back against strong opposition too.

Wings Of Song: I think Wings Of Song will be an important inclusion for this Saturday exacta. Last race saw a fighting second-place finish, looking to go one better. Last start at Flemington over 1600m on 18/01/2025, Wings Of Song was sent off at $3.80 and secured 2nd, with a margin of 0.1 lengths.

Kronenbourg: Kronenbourg is in the mix for exotics. Scored a strong victory last race. Kronenbourg took on 1600m at Eagle Farm on 18/01/2025, placed 1st, by 1.0 lengths. Raced well in its second-last start, showing good recent form for this race.

Flying Trapeze: Nice record at the track with two 2nds and a 1st. Raced at 1400m last start and should be fitter at the same distance this Saturday.

Junipal: Junipal is expected to be competitive, should be a good bet. Finished outside the top four last start, but continuing to develop as a competitor. Just missed out in its previous race and will be looking for redemption.

Dune Forty Five: Dune Forty Five punters looking at exotic bets should have this one. Finished fourth in the previous race, continuing to build momentum. Finished off last start nicely but had excuses.
