Best Multibet Tips of the Day | Feb 24th

The Autumn Group 1 races season continues on here with some big racing tomorrow, including the Group 1 Blue Diamond Stakes. There’s heaps of solid races at Caulfield racecourse, Doomben racecourse and Rosehill racecourse. In this article we focus on putting together a couple multi bets of varying risk as we look to pick up some more lucrative bets in conjunction with our Saturday tips so follow me below as I outline my best multi bets of the day! 

#2 - Straight Charge - WIN  @ $2.30

Straight Charge is an absolute machine for the Waterhouse / Bott giants and I think that this is a race in two with the two runners they send out for this race but I think Straight Charge just gets the nod for me. He was shaping up to be the horse to beat in the Magic Millions after thrashing a field at Randwick at the end of lat year but it was decided he will aim for the Golden Slipper instead and he kicks things off with a run here. He draws wide but I think he just gets the job done. 

#1 - Brave Mead - WIN  @ $2.70

Brave Mead has to be the smartest horse in this field and I think shapes up as one of the better bets of the day at the course. He hasn’t been seen at the races since Jan 26th when running a cracker all the way win in the Manfred at this track and trip where he beat some sharp horses. This race isn’t as tough as that and he should get some element of control here and take beating.

#2 - Boom Torque - WIN  @ $1.85

Boom Torque has to be given another look here after winning the Magic Millions QTIS before stepping out at this track a fortnight ago where he was ridden too hot and then it didn’t work out well when he just got tired late in the piece. He should park just behind the speed and be running home hard here.
