BEST BET - #5 - Stormbringer - (BEST BET)
Stormbringer is my best chance of the day on Wednesday, all set to fire. Still early in its career, Stormbringer third race shows promise and room for improvement. Stormbringer competed at Goulburn over 1500m, finishing 2nd. Jumped from barrier 3, carried 58.5kg, and was ridden by Louis-Philippe Beuzelin. Yet to salute, but has shown glimpses of ability.

THE DANGER - #3 - Mission Giant
In this race, I would say that Mission Giant is a genuine danger in this race, with strong recent form. In its third-ever start, Mission Giant is gaining more experience and improving with each race. Last start, Mission Giant finished in the placings over 1350m at Wyong on 27/02/2025. Carried 58.5kg under Craig Lever, started at $9.50. Track rated good. Still searching for that first win at Wyong, but it’s certainly not out of the question.

VALUE BET - #7 - Phazed
Phazed is a well-priced contender that could return nice value. Ran a strong third in the previous outing, keeping pressure on the leaders. Last outing, Phazed took on a 1400m race at Mudgee and finished 3rd. Tommy Berry will guide Phazed and given their record, they’ll give the horse every chance to shine. Has been knocking but the door hasn't opened just yet.

BEST BET - #9 - Triple Tempo - (NEXT BEST)
I think Triple Tempo should be a confident pick for midweek racing, tipped as my best bet. Led from the front and won convincingly in the last start. Triple Tempo raced at Orange last start, covering 1000m and finishing 1st. Carried 55.5kg with Michael A Cahill aboard. Track was good. Jockey Ashley Morgan will be in the saddle this Wednesday. Has a great winning strike rate.

THE DANGER - #7 - Sneaky Choice
I think Sneaky Choice an intriguing runner that could challenge for top honours. The debut was a good starting point, and now Sneaky Choice will aim to go even better. Sneaky Choice raced recently, placing 1st in a 1000m event at Gosford. Jockey Grant Buckley guided the runner, carrying 57kg. Started at $6.50 odds. Never beaten over this trip 1000m - hard to look past it. Handles the going beautifully and is always a threat on soft tracks.

VALUE BET - #2 - Gogmagog
Attractive odds make Gogmagog an interesting value selection. Scored a strong victory last race. Last time out, Gogmagog competed over 1000m, placing 1st at Wyong. Jumped from barrier 3, carried 55kg, and starting price of $13.00 odds. Has had some good results at Wyong, so he has the ability to perform well again - boasting 2 wins from 4 runs.

BEST BET - #2 - Colophon
Colophon is highly rated for Wednesday, expected to prove tough to beat. Hit the line well last start to secure a runner-up finish. Last start performance, Colophon placed 2nd over 1200m at Kembla Grange. Carried 60kg, guided by Regan Bayliss, and started at $2.60. Regan Bayliss is in the saddle and in nice racing form. This should be a dangerous combo.

THE DANGER - #9 - Burrowa
Burrowa should not be overlooked as a serious contender. This runner fought all the way to the line for second place last time. On Wednesday, Keagan Latham will be guiding Burrowa. Known for their precision, this combination should perform well.

VALUE BET - #11 - Wealthy Investor
Wealthy Investor offers plenty of value for punters looking outside the top runners in this field. A consistent fourth-place result last race, always giving a good showing. Wealthy Investor raced at Wyong last start, covering 1200m and finishing 4th. Carried 55kg with Reece Jones aboard. Track was good.
